• Delivery is via Australia Post.
• We endeavor to dispatch orders same day or next business day, however should your item be out of stock or there is a complication with your order please expect delays. We will notify you with an ETA via your Dead Serious® account if there are any unexpected delays.

We estimate the following delivery times once your payment is cleared and order has been dispatched.

Australian major cities & surrounding areas: 2-4 days
Australian remote areas: 5-9 days

Please note these times are estimates only and may change due to unexpected delays from Australia Post. The estimates given at the checkout stage of your order are estimates from date of DISPATCH, NOT date of ORDER/PAYMENT.

PostOur post method requires you to sign for the delivery. If you are not at home Australia post will notify you to arrange other pick up arrangements.

International OrdersAll International orders should be conducted by email first to establish correct and efficient shipping, payment and documentation requirements.

Split OrdersAs a courtesy to all of our customers. If an order is placed that has an item(s) that is out of stock, on your request we will ship what's available and the balance of the order will remain on back-order. The remaining item(s) will ship as soon as stock is received. We will select a variety of freight options for you to keep shipping costs down.
